We had a great experience with bounce on us party rental. We rented a princess bounce house that was to big for our event space. Khari was a great help, he went and got us another bounce house that would fit indoors. They are very accommodating, professional and responsive. These guys were great - extremely responsive and professional!!! I wanted to surprise my kids with a last minute bouncy house rental for the holidays. I went on the website and text the phone number (after 6pm) for a last minute booking for the next day. I got an immediate response from the owner and was able to secure a bouncy house the next morning! The kids had a blast - great quality and very clean. They spent a lot of time cleaning and sanitizing at set up. When it was time to shut things down, my daughter had just come out as she really wanted to bounce one more time. Just as she came outside they arrived for pick up. My daughter was upset she didn't get her last bounce in. The owner was willing to come back and grab food so she could bounce one more time. This is truly above and beyond and I would highly endorse and book them again! - CC

After reaching out to several companies for Products and routes Bounce on us party rental was the most Efficient responsive and accommodating. Their website was very easy to navigate. I received phone call right away when I had a question. Between booking online and the day off delivery the communication was excellent. We had a great experience with our rental! The set up was very quick, about 20 minutes, as we were prepared with a tarp and the space cleared. They picked up without anyone needing to be there, so it was very easy. We will definitely work with them again in the future! - Cassie
