Price of rental includes one Candy Pack (sugar and cones for 25 servings).
The cost of each additional Candy Pack is $37.50. If your event will require more than the included Candy Pack, please contact our office.

Turn on the unit, let it spin for a couple of minutes. Then turn the dial to 180 and give it about 3 minutes (it's about a 5 min warm-up/start up.) Leave it at 180. (I have no idea why he keeps playing with the dial!) Once it's warm add the sugar, the first portion or two might take a minute to come out, but after that the portions should fly out. But use the scoop, don't over-fill the top as he did.
We will deliver your order the day of your event and pickup the following morning. If you need same day pickup please call our office in advance to confirm we can accommodate your pickup time. There will be additional fee for same day pickup.
There is no silly string allowed in or around bounce houses or games. Silly string will permanently damage the bounce house. If Silly string is found on any rentals the customer will be held responsible for a full replacement of bounce house.
All rentals must be cleaned prior to pickup or drop-off. Any heavy cleaning will incur a $75-$400 cleaning fee.
Once rental have been delivered or in-person pickup there will be no refund for any unused items or supplies.
Please inspect any and all rental items for any damages not previously reported upon delivery or in-person pickup.
