Delivery is not included in price. Table and Chair Policy Please note: We do not set up tables and chairs as part of the rental price. It is an added fee. Please contact the office for setup pricing: ($2 per table & $1 per chair) All chairs must be returned to their carts and properly stacked and tables returned to drop off point to avoid additional setup fees. Tables and chairs will be dropped at nearest clean and convenient point with delivery truck to driveway or garage. For additional services and pricing please contact the office at 774-240-6478.
We will deliver your order the day of your event and pickup the following morning. If you need same day pickup please call our office in advance to confirm we can accommodate your pickup time. There will be additional fee for same day pickup.
There is no silly string allowed in or around bounce houses or games. Silly string will permanently damage the bounce house. If Silly string is found on any rentals the customer will be held responsible for a full replacement of bounce house.
All rentals must be cleaned prior to pickup or drop-off. Any heavy cleaning will incur a $75-$400 cleaning fee.
Once rental have been delivered or in-person pickup there will be no refund for any unused items or supplies.
Please inspect any and all rental items for any damages not previously reported upon delivery or in-person pickup.
